Dr. Verma also specializes in the preparation of technical project concepts, which are often funded by various national, regional and EU funding agencies. In 2017, he was awarded the title of professor by Tampere University of Technology in Finland, which he wears with pride and accompanies students on their development journey.

Evaluation and selection

Timeframe: less than one week

During this initial phase, an appointment is made to specifically evaluate the various funding options available. The main goal is to identify the optimal support for the individual needs of your company.

Signing the offer and submitting documents

Timeframe: 2 weeks

Once a suitable funding option has been evaluated, a non-binding offer is submitted. The signed offer sets out the basic conditions and expectations. The necessary documents and information for the funding application are also sent. This includes the business plan, optional existing funding applications, the pitch deck and a financial plan.

Kickoff and preparation

Timeframe: 2 - 3 weeks (dependent on funding)

In a joint kick-off meeting, approx. 6 to 12 weeks later (depending on funding), we present ideas on how the funding application has the best possible chance of success. We concentrate on the comprehensive preparation of the funding application, in which all the necessary information is integrated in detail.

Submission and decision

Timeframe: 4 - 16 weeks (dependent on funding)

Once the application has been fully prepared, it is submitted. In this phase, the funding institutions examine the application in detail and make a decision on whether to approve the funding. This final step determines the success of the entire process.
